HERIZEN™ Sailing for Women offers unique personalized sailing and self -awareness programs designed for women by women.
Since 1989, more than one thousand women from around the world have experienced the HERIZEN™ Way! An intensive personalized program, HERIZEN™ teaches the finer details of the "whys" of sailing in a way that relates to a women's reality, while also building self-confidence and belief in themselves that is transferable to all parts of their life.
The "HERIZEN™ Way" introduces you to "inner sailing" where awareness of body, mind and spirit together with respect, appreciation and understanding of the difference between men and women's way of learning, thinking and doing, promotes giant leaps in your sailing and personal / professional skills. We offer CYA Basic, Intermediate and Advanced Sail Training, Sail and Self-Awareness Adventures, Sailing and Yoga for Women, Private Sail Training and Consulting in Canada, Caribbean, Mexico and Belize.
